KONGRESNI URED /CONGRESS OFFICE

Kongresni ured je smješten u hotelu ispred kongresne dvorane. Prilikom prijave svi sudionici će dobiti bedž, kongresne materijale, ulaznice i ostale korisne informacije.
All participants will receive their badge, meeting documents, tickets and all relevant information on arrival at the Registration desk situated in the hotel near Congress hall.

Sudionici se umoljavaju da nose bedževe tijekom čitava Kongresa i društvenoga programa, radi identifikacije i slobodna pristupa.
The Participants are kindly requested to wear their badges at all times and places during the Congress and social events for the purpose of identification and admission.

JEZIK / LANGUAGE

Službeni jezici Kongresa jesu hrvatski i engleski jezik, bez simultanog prevođenja.
The official languages of the meeting are Croatian and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

POTVRDA O PRISUSTVOVANJU / CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Kongres će se bodovati sukladno pravilniku Hrvatske liječničke komore. Svi sudionici s plaćenom prijavninom dobiti će potvrdu o prisustvovanju.
The Certificate of attendance will be given to all fully registered participants.

IZLOŽBA / COMMERCIAL EXHIBITION

Za vrijeme održavanja Kongresa održat će se i izložba opreme i proizvoda farmaceutskih tvrtki. Podrška ovih tvrtki je značajna za opći uspjeh Kongresa i svi sudionici se pozivaju da posjete svaki izložbeni prostor. Izložbeni prostor biti će ispred Kongresne dvorane.
Sve obavijesti o mogućnostima i uvjetima sponzoriranja Kongresa mogu se dobiti u tajništvu Kongresa.
A commercial exhibition of equipment, products and books will take place during the meeting. The support of these organizations is important to the success of the meeting and all delegates are encouraged to visit each stand. The commercial exhibition will be in front of Congress hall. OSIGURANJE / INSURANCE

Organizacijski odbor ne može prihvatiti odgovornost za ozljede, gubitak ili oštećenje osobnih stvari tijekom ili kao posljedica Kongresa. Mole se svi sudionici da provjere svoje osiguranje.
The organizing committee cannot accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to meeting participants, either during, or as a result of, the meeting. Please check the validity of your personal insurance.

PREZENTACIJE / PRESENTATIONS

ORALNA PREDAVANJA / / ORAL PRESENTATIONS (O)

Trajanje prezentacije je unaprijed dogovoreno unutar tematske cjeline. Mole se svi predavači da se striktno drže predviđenog vremena. Prekoračenje predviđenog vremena ne će biti dozvoljeno.
The time allowed for presentation is predefined. We ask all speakers to obey the allocated time. Violation of allocated time will not be allowed.

Moguća je kompjuterska multimedijalna prezentacija pomoću programa MS Power Point 98 i višim. Projekcija dijapozitiva kao i korištenje prozirnica (grafoskop) nije predviđeno.
PC MS Power Point 98 and higher versions for computer LCD multimedia presentation will be available. There will be no slide projection facilities or overhead projection possibilities.

POSTERI / POSTERS (P)

Posteri veličine do 95 cm širine i do 120 cm visine biti će izloženi u kongresnom prostoru tijekom trajanja Kongresa. Organizator će osigurati pribor za postavljanje postera. Posteri se mogu postaviti od 7.10. od 15:00 sati i skinuti u ponedeljak 10.10. po završetku poster prezentacija.
Osim izložbe, biti će, po grupama organizirana i usmena prezentacija postera u trajanju do 3 minute s kratkom diskusijom uz svaki poster.
The allocated poster size is 0,95 m wide and 1,2 m high. The posters would be displayed throughout the Congress and suitable fixing materials would be provided by the organizers.
During poster session there will be a three-minute oral presentation followed by short discussion in front of each poster.

NAGRADA ZA NAJBOLJI POSTER / BEST POSTER AWARD

Znanstveni odbor Kongresa nagraditi će najbolje postere iz područja nefrologije, dijalize i transplantacije prigodnom nagradom.
The best posters in each main topic of nephrology, dialysis and transplantation, selected by the Congress scientific committee will be awarded.
