Poziv na sudjelovanje / Invitation

Poštovane kolegice i kolege,

Osobita mi je čast i zadovoljstvo pozvati Vas na 6. HRVATSKI KONGRES NEFROLOGIJE, DIJALIZE I TRANSPLANTACIJE s međunarodnim sudjelovanjem.
Kongres će se održati u Splitu od 7.- 10. listopada 2011. godine. Tijekom Kongresa kroz cjeline organizirane na teme nefrologije, različitih oblika akutne i kronične dijalize, kao i drugih vidova liječenja bolesnika metodama izvantjelesne cirkulacije, transplantacije bubrega i arterijske hipertenzije, sudionici će imati priliku čuti novosti i preporuke za dobru medicinsku praksu te priliku da u raspravi iznesu vlastite stavove i iskustva.
Kongres će okupiti priznate stručnjake iz Hrvatske i inozemstva koji će razmijeniti iskustva iz odabranih tema, a posebna pozornost će se posvetiti dobroj kliničkoj praksi.
Pozivamo Vas da svojim sudjelovanjem i prikazom svog rada doprinesete uspjehu Kongresa. Svi Vaši sažeci su dobrodošli.
Istovremeno s održavanjem Kongresa održati će se i 5. Simpozij medicinskih sestara i tehničara, Hrvatske udruge medicinskih sestara, Društva nefrologije, dijalize i transplantacije bubrega.
Posvećujući osobitu pažnju edukaciji mlađih kolegica i kolega na početku njihove stručne i znanstvene karijere, organiziramo posebni predkongresni tečaj: ''Edukacijski simpozij za mlade nefrologe'' u suradnji sa ERA-EDTA. Kotizacije za simpozij nema.
Veselimo se susretu i zajedničkom druženju na Kongresu te u ljepotama grada Splita i okolice.

Dear colleagues

It is my privilege and pleasure to invite you to participate in the 6th CROATIAN CONGRESS OF NEPHROLOGY, DIALYSIS AND TRANSPLANTATION with international participation.
The Congress will be held in Split, Croatia from 7-10, October 2011. The emphasis will be on ''state of art'' lectures and clinical aspects of nephrology, hypertension, and dialysis and kidney transplantation.
The Congress will bring together distinguished clinicians and experts from Croatia and abroad to present and discuss recent discoveries of these fields. Particular focus will be laid on ''Best clinical practice''. You are heartily invited to contribute to the success of this meeting with a presentation of your work and your abstracts are very much appreciated.
The pre-congress educational course: Educational workshop  for young nephrologists in cooperation with ERA-EDTA will precede the Congress.  There will not be registration fee for the course.
Of course we also want to emphasize the beauty of Split, which is located in Dalmatia the central part of Adriatic coast and is well known for its Roman heritage.
